We were picked up by Salvatore, our driver and the owner of the Jolly that we would be spending the morning in. The happiest and most cheerful Italian man who lives just below Ravello in a town called Minori. I asked him what his favorite town in the Amalfi Coast was and, of course, he said 'Minori!'.
